I am the President of Cambridge B Condo Association and I’m here 25 years and I can tell you that THIS was the best thing we could have ever done! I Can’t say Enough how this Company goes above and beyond in every aspect from start to finish! The project manager Marc is as honest and caring as anyone you’ll ever meet! NO B.S. just a great guy and responds immediately to any questions or concerns. This is a VERY Experienced company and crew of men that turn your old, worn out roof into this Amazing new roof. My FPL bills were at times over $200.00 a month since I live on the 4th floor. My first electric bill with the new roof was $84.50..!!! My A/C hardly runs anymore. This IS an Investment! Take a good look at this Video!! You can clearly see before and after. Also Our Insurance Company said we can most likely be looking at a discount next renewal of possibly 10-15%. A key priority for me is to engage with individuals or organizations that clearly articulate their commitments and timelines and subsequently fulfil them as promised. Polo responses to our concerns at contract answered those concerns and did so immediately. Permits were applied for and received 13 days after contract signing. Polo was on site on March 24th, and began site preparations, including covering the foot paths and railings from the main entryway to the roof access. The dumpsters were removed and all clean up completed 4 weeks later. Their people worked hard and long hours to get this job done as quickly as possible.

The disruption of such a project on the lives of our residents cannot be overstated, so having this done as quickly as they did is appreciated.

My communications with Marc Bodley were mostly by text, but also by phone and in person. Marc was always available, and his responses were timely, if not immediate. He even responded to me on his wedding day and visited me before leaving for his honeymoon. Steve Osorio was also in contact with me as the need arose. Steve did a good job of getting our property cleaned up of all the debris that was blown off the roof. I am sure he did much more than that, but thanks to him, I was able to trust that what needed to be done was being done.

All said, they did a great job!
