Do you have an office in Deerfield Beach?
No. We’re headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, at 1001 NW 62nd Street, Suite 116, and our crews work across Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties. Since May 2024 that has included building after building at Century Village.
Do Florida’s milestone inspections apply to our building?
They apply to condo and co-op buildings three habitable stories or taller, starting the year the building turns 30. See which rules apply to yours, or put your building’s years into our roof calendar.
Can residents stay home while you work?
Yes. The work happens on the roof. One condo association wrote that we covered the foot paths and railings from the main entrance to the roof access before we started.
Will a new roof hold up in hurricane season?
Jeromre Spinner of Westbury F wrote that two months after its new roof, through “many Tropical storms,” there were no leaks. The spray foam systems we install are hurricane-resistant, and your quote names the exact system. Hurricane and wind damage isn’t covered by the warranties. What is Florida’s 25% roof rule?
If more than 25% of a roof or roof section is repaired, replaced or re-covered within 12 months, the whole roof or section has to meet today’s code, with an exception for roofs built to the 2007 code or later. Here’s the rule, from the code.
