Which service does our roof need?

It depends on what’s up there now. We look at the roof first, check for wet insulation and deck damage, then send a written quote for the service it needs: a coating, spray foam over it, a replacement or a maintenance plan.

Can you put a new roof over a metal roof?

Yes. Spray foam goes over metal panels as one seamless, fully adhered layer. At Solomons Warehouse we did it on a 100,000 sq ft roof in June 2024.

What kinds of buildings do you roof?

Flat and low-slope commercial roofs: condos and HOAs, warehouses, stores and hotels, schools, hospitals and public buildings. See the building types.

Where do you work?

We’re headquartered in Fort Lauderdale and serve the United States and the Caribbean. Our jobs include warehouses in Georgia, a hotel in Houston and a technical college in the Bahamas.
