Terms of use

The terms for using polo14.com. Roofing work itself is governed by the written proposal or contract you sign with us. Effective November 6, 2026.

These Terms of Use govern your use of polo14.com (the "Site"), run by Polo International, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who we are

We are a commercial roofing contractor (Florida license CCC1329676) installing spray foam, silicone and replacement roofs on condos, warehouses and other commercial buildings.

2. Roofing work is governed by your written agreement

Information on the Site, including project examples, descriptions of roof systems and warranties, and anything a form or tool on the Site shows, is general information, not an offer or a quote. Any work we do is governed only by the written proposal or contract you sign with us, including its price, scope, schedule, payment terms and warranty. If anything on the Site differs from that agreement, the agreement controls.

3. Information and tools on the Site

Some pages summarize public rules, such as Florida's building code or condominium statutes, and link to the official text. These summaries are for general information and aren't legal, engineering or insurance advice. Check with your attorney, engineer, insurer or building department before relying on them.

4. Using the Site

Use the Site lawfully. Don't try to break into it or its servers, interfere with how it works, send harmful or unlawful content through its forms, or scrape it with automated tools beyond what robots.txt allows.

5. Our content

The text, photos, videos, logos and design of the Site belong to Polo International, Inc. or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own use. Please ask us in writing before copying, publishing or modifying them. Manufacturer names and logos belong to their owners and appear to show which systems we install.

6. Customer reviews

Reviews quoted on the Site are customers' own words from public review sites. They describe those customers' experiences and don't promise the same results on every roof.

7. Other sites

The Site links to YouTube, Google Maps, social media and other services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we aren't responsible for them.

8. No warranty for the Site

The Site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be error-free, current or uninterrupted. (This is about the website. Warranties on roofing work are the ones in your written agreement.)

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Florida law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any lawsuit about the Site belongs in the state or federal courts for Broward County, Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always on this page.
